Exercise After C-Section, 3 Simple Tips to Promote a Rapid C
To many, the idea of any type of exercise after c section would be considered very inappropriate, especially if you asked those women who had just been through the operation and are trying to cope with their own c section recovery.
However exercise after c section is actually a very important part of the whole recovery process. There are some exercises that not only promote feelings of well being and confidence, but are also vital to assist convalescence and to realign and tighten the stomach muscles at a time when the body is primed for weight loss and repair.

In order for the damaged tissues around the scar to repair themselves they require a constant supply of nutrients. Being as active as possible ensures that the heart is pumping oxygenated blood full of these nutrients around the body.
By eating a well balanced, nutrient dense diet after the operation you will not only ensure that your body has the building blocks for repair that it needs, but also control the amount of calories you are consuming from high sugar or fat food sources.
