Exercises to Help You Lose Fat Fast and Easy
If you want to know how to lose fat fast and easy there isn't a better way than exercising. With peoples busy schedules today it's almost impossible to jump in the gym for an hour or two of exercising. So what are some exercise to help you lose fat fast and easy that will fit into your busy schedule?
If you don't have the time to get in the gym and do an hour of cardio or go running for a long time you need to put some high intensity strength training into your regimen to lose fat fast. You can spend a fourth of the time doing some weight or strength training and get even better results. Some examples of strength training would be:
- Bench Press
- Squats
- Bicep Curls
Part of the reason for this is because when you build muscle you burn even more fat. Now, we're not talking about crazy body builder muscles. Just lean toned muscles. You can do a search on google to find specific workouts that would use weights just make sure you find one for your skill and strength level.
Another high intensity workout that helps burn fat fast is doing some interval training. It's even shorter than doing a strength training workout.
An example of an interval workout would be to warm up for a few minutes. Then you would do a minute of a very high intensity movement. It could be running, sprints or burpees. Then you would follow that with 1 minute of low intensity. You would repeat that 5-10 times followed by a cool down.
