Make Thin Hair a Thing of the Past

Do you like the fact that your hair is possibly thinning and you're leaning toward that of becoming bald in the future? Of course not right?

The sad thing about hair loss is that it's somewhat like that of an incurable disease. There are things to do to treat the problem, but there isn't anything to totally get rid of it. Well until that day comes when scientists find the actual solution to get rid of this ugly condition for good, there are ways to combat it.

Naturally attacking any hair loss problem is the most wise route to take. You save yourself from side effects and various other sicknesses and negative factors. What many have found to be a great technique for treating and thickening thin hair is to add baking soda to their shampoo. Sounds sort of strange I know, but it really does help thicken your hair.

Now to begin preventing further loss of your hair, you need to be aware of one very important thing. Over 90% of commercial shampoos contain Sodium Laureth Sulphate. This is a degreasing agent that helps lift dirt and oils from your hair. Sounds good but the problem with Sodium Laureth Sulphate is that it leads to thinning of your hair with continued use. Which means that you're going to probably have to find an alternate hair cleanser in order to protect your hair.

It's suggested that you aim at using shampoo that contains green tea, saw palmetto, or tea tree oil. These are proven to stimulate hair growth and won't strip your hair out.

What else could you do in order to really see the kinds of results you've been wanting by naturally regrowing your hair?
