How to Regrow Your Hair Using 3 Simple Methods to Improve Bl
Hair loss is a huge problem. A big factor in the demise of your hair is it's blood supply. Each and every hair follicle has a tiny blood vessel that gives life to the hair shaft itself. If this supply is taken away, the hair shaft dies. If the same thing happens in your heart, you get a heart attack! Yes it's serious, but losing hairs won't kill you. However, it can have a dramatic impact on your quality of life, that's for sure. Millions of people suffer from hair loss in the USA and worldwide, and this is sad, because I know that it is reversible!
Enter remedies that increase the blood supply to your head. I'll outline three of my favorite, but there are many more. They really are simple. Most people prefer natural solutions or remedies as they are likely to be much more safe than Prescription Drugs. I am no different.
Massage your head. Massaging your head increases the blood supply to your head. This stimulates the hair follicles so that dying ones are rejuvenated and dead ones are resurrected! It also relieves stress. Stress itself can cause hair loss.
Take Ginseng. Ginseng is a herb that has been used for many years and by different cultures for various reasons. The three most common types of Ginseng are Chinese or Korean Ginseng, Siberian Ginseng and American Ginseng. It probably works by having a direct stimulating effect on blood circulation to the hair. This herb seems to stimulate more than just your hair; taking too much can make you sleepless! It also boosts the immune system and alleviates stress. Some Ginseng preparations can be applied direct to your head, others you can eat or drink (e.g. Ginseng Tea).
Take Antioxidants. These are Nature's weapons against oxidants. Oxidants are highly dangerous particles that react with and destroy normal tissue in your body, and this includes hair follicles. They can destroy blood vessels, and can cause damage to almost every structure in the hair follicle. Antioxidants include commonly available vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E. Minerals like Selenium are also antioxidants. The best way to acquire these is through a good diet, but supplements can help a lot.
