There's no surgery required, or cream you need to apply in order to lose weight in your legs. In fact, it's relatively easier than you think. The kicker is, you'll need to work at it pretty consistently to make it a reality. Read this article carefully if you're serious about losing fat from your legs.

1. Lose thigh fat by incline walking

One of the best techniques that will stimulate fat loss in your thighs is not surgery, but incline walking. Yes, you can melt away inner thigh fat by simply walking 4-5 times a week. If you have access to a treadmill or a small hill in your neighbor than you can do this exercise. It's super duper easy. Nothing hard about it. Do it, and you'll see results quickly. If you don't have access to a treadmill, I know there's a small hill somewhere around your town. walk up the hill, and then walk back down.

I suggest you do this exercise 4-5 times a week for no more than 30 minutes. If you are a little more advanced, try running up the hill, then walk back down. same principal with the treadmill if you're a little more advanced.

2. Walk up and down stairs

If you live in an apartment building or near a high school stadium than this exercise is ideal for you. If those two location don't apply to you than a stationary stair climber machine will serve as an alternative. The best way to get this done is to walk up and down the stairs for 20 minutes everyday. Well to be quite honest, this exercise is not cupcake easy. That's why I recommend doing it for 10 minutes for beginners. Later as you get better at it, crank up the intensity by doing it longer around 20-30 minutes, 5 days a week.
