Exercise Tip #2-
The next tip is to get your diet in check.It's time to throw out the junk and bring in the healthy.It's impossible to eat healthy 100% of the time.But if you don't eat healthy at least 80% of the time you'll never see your abs.There is a saying that abs are made in the kitchen and it's true.You also want to prevent any more fat gains in your abdominal region.
Exercise Tip #3-
The next tip is to start living a more active lifestyle.I don't care what you do as long as you're doing something that burns calories.You also have to do it at least for 30 minutes each day.I personally like to play sports.It beats running on a treadmill staring at the wall.A good game of basketball burns as many calories as running.Why do you think basketball players are so lean?Choose an activity that you enjoy and one that burns calories.
