Jessica Simpson's Revenge Diet
Heard of Jessica Simpson's Revenge Diet? Apparently because of all the criticism lately Jess will be losing 20 pounds in only 8 weeks. She has moved up a size in her jeans and has received much criticism after being spotted at the chili cookoff sporting her "fuller" figure. She now vows to get her summer body back.
The revenge diet isn't a real diet or weight loss plan. its just Jessica's way of getting revenge on the critics. There is only speculation on what she will be doing to lose that 20 pounds in 8 weeks. Can it be done? 20 pounds in 8 weeks is VERY realistic especially with the resources she has. A healthy weight loss range is about 2-3 pounds per week so that would mean she needs to lose 2.5 pounds per week.
She will most likely be using a combination of a personal trainer and nutritionist to plan her meals out perfectly while also working out several times a week with a tailored exercise plan made just for her. When you have the resources of personal trainers, nutritionists and dieticians losing 2.5 pounds per week will be easy.
